I Joined Doris in July 2017 immediately after completing my A-Levels in History, Business and Psychology. I was offered an apprenticeship in Business Administration completing modules, varying between level 3 and 4. In addition to this I have completed Excel training in order to broaden my skill set. I assist the Doris central team at HQ based in Liverpool and look after everything from running e-mail boxes, invoicing our customers, collecting time sheets on a weekly basis and dealing with any queries or holiday leave. I also support our Human Resource and Recruitment teams.
One of many unique elements of Doris is that they provide you with the advice and guidance to help young people like myself, through their day to day routine with great support from the directors and mentors of the company right through to my other co-workers sitting by me. This special environment provides a great opportunity to learn and develop skills you may have not been able to outside of Doris.
Out of work I play both football and rugby whilst continuing to further my career and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
