I joined Doris IT in 2016 after graduating from the University of Manchester in Computer Science and Maths. My first assignment has been at Shop Direct Group where I have been working in front line support. Here, I help fix mobile devices whilst providing customer service. I also train teams from various parts of the business on how to use Office 365 applications such as Onedrive, Microsoft Teams, Skype for business etc.
Further to this, I work in the events area which holds 240 people where I gather technical requirements, set up events and make sure all events run as smoothly as possible. During my time at Shop Direct I have been given the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels including the CEO and suppliers which has helped me develop my communication skills.
I am very excited to start a new assignment at The Co-operative Bank in their Environment as a Service (EaaS) Test team. This will allow me to develop new technical skills.
